We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including selected custom-made style items, personalized items, and selected print-style items that are made or prepared specifically after an order is placed. If an item is excluded from returns, this will be stated on the product page where applicable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Bennett Boutique Palm Beach will cover the return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Restocking Policy
Bennett Boutique Palm Beach does not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact info@bennettboutiquepalmbeach.com and include your order number and product details.
Exchanges can be arranged within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and includes all original tags and packaging. Our team will assist you throughout the exchange process.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@bennettboutiquepalmbeach.com as soon as possible.
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours after the order has been placed. After this 24-hour cancellation window has passed, the right to cancel the order expires, as processing and/or production may already have started.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
For selected custom-made style items or selected print-style items, cancellations may also no longer be possible once production has started.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@bennettboutiquepalmbeach.com immediately and include clear photos of the issue, the packaging, and your order number.
Our team will review your request. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Bennett Boutique Palm Beach will cover the return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund where applicable.
